Cynthia and Kristy made the crazy decision that they wanted to open a business after Covid-19 brought about some life changes. Kristy found herself needing to work in a more flexible and fulfilling environment. Cynthia found herself frustrated with working long days to make someone else’s dream of owning a successful business come true. Pair that with two super encouraging parents and husbands whose support has no bounds, and here they are.

 

Cynthia and Kristy grew up as military brats before their parents retired in Jacksonville, Fl and they can’t imagine a city in which they would rather live.

 

Cynthia is a “careered” GM with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She has over a decade of experience working with small businesses and knew, for a long time, she would one day own her own. She is a mother of two little girls and a wife to her high school sweetheart. In her spare time, you’ll find her playing outside or binge watching her favorite reality show. 

 

Kristy began her employment journey a decade and a half ago, which included most of her time spent managing a front office team, increasing employee morale, and creating new systems to ease the workflow of the business. “Teamwork makes the dreamwork” is her business motto and she finds herself most fulfilled when lifting others and working together to exceed the dreams and goals of all. She married her middle school best friend and together they spend their downtime playing with her daughter and fur-baby. She believes the best times are spent surrounded by family and friends.

 

The sisters are crafty by nature, dedicated to giving back to their community, and have an electrifying passion for throwing a party- mix it all together and there was no other option than Nailed It.
